Bill payments can be made in a variety of ways including visiting our Main office in Roseau. Payments can also be made at all National Bank branches or using NBD’s Mobile and/or Online Banking services, Bill Express, direct debit through First Caribbean and all the credit unions except the one located in Roseau.

How to Pay?

If you wish to to pay by mail; a cheque can be posted to the Company. Please visit our contact information page for mailing address information. Credit / Debit card payments are accepted at our offices.

Note that after hours payments are facilitated via online banking or mobile banking via your bank of choice.

Step 2 : Don’t have a User Name yet? Creating a User Name gives you access to your account details and some great tools including:
** View and Pay your bills online – VisaMaster Card
** Review your transaction and payment history
** Analyze and download electricity consumption

Before you get started, please have your most recent bill handy to complete the registration form.

Step 3 : Already registered user, Login with your User Name & Password to pay your bill.

Q. At what locations can I pay my bill?
A. Main office Roseau, National Bank branches, Bill Express, direct debit through First Caribbean and all the credit unions except the one located in Roseau.

A. Yes you can make a payment using your debit or credit card at our offices. With regards to paying of bills online, that service is available with any of the local banks.

A. Not at DOMLEC offices. Payments can be made at Bill Express locations after hours.

Q. Which extensions can I call to query my bill?
