Transfer between QNB Accounts:
You can send and receive funds between any QNB account holders using QNB SMS banking service. All you need to do is follow the below three easy steps:

Simply send an SMS to 92111 in the following format:
pay <recipient mobile number> <amount>

Example: Pay 12345678 50 (spaces in between)

Once the request is sent, you will be asked to confirm by replying with OK. Upon confirmation the amount will be transferred from your account to the beneficiaries’ account with QNB.

Transfer between QNB Accounts and Ooredoo Mobile Money Wallets:
You can send and receive funds between any Qtel Mobile Money Wallet holders using QNB SMS banking service. All you need to do is follow the below three easy steps:

Simply send an SMS to 92111 in the following format:
QMM <recipient mobile number> <amount>

Example: QMM 12345678 50 (spaces in between)

Once the request is sent, you will be asked to confirm by replying with OK. Upon confirmation the amount will be transferred from your account to the beneficiaries’ Qtel Mobile Money (QMM) wallet.

Merchant Payments:
Now you can purchase items using your mobile both instantly and securely. All you need to do is follow the below three easy steps:

Step 1: Payment
You first send an SMS to, 92111 in this format:
PAY Merchant Code Amount (spaces in between)
Example: PAY CAR001001 200 (spaces in between)

Step 2: Payment Confirmation
You will get a message to confirm the payment by replying with “OK”.

Step 3: Bank Notification to Customer and Merchant
Upon receipt of bank’s confirmation to customer’s mobile, the bank will send a payment notification with details to the merchant as well as the customer.
