The ibq credit card balance transfer is free of charge with a minimum transfer balance of QAR 5,000.

Below you will find some important information on ibq credit card balance transfer
** credit cards issued in Qatar are only eligible for ibq credit card balance transfers
** minimum balance transfer required is QAR 5,000
** all applications are subject to available credit limit and circumstances
** on approval all payments will be made directly to other credit card issuers
** customers can transfer balances of up to 80% of their available credit limit (after purchases and cash advances)
** customers can enjoy up to 50 days grace period before interest will be charged
** balance transfers are available on ibq Titanium MasterCard , ibq Visa Platinum and ibq Visa Infinite credit cards

How do I get a new PIN?
You can change your debit card PIN at any ibq ATM. You can choose your own PIN but be careful not to choose easily identifiable numbers such as 1111 or 1122.
How do I apply for a credit card?
You can apply for our ibq credit cards by visiting any of our branches or contacting the Call Centre on 4447 8000.
How can I pay my credit card bill?
** There are several ways to make payments to your credit account including through internet banking ibqOnline, our branches, or at any of our cash deposit ATMs.
** In addition, you can also pay by Direct Debit, this is free of charge and you can specify payments of 5%, 10% or 100% of the total credit card balance from a nominated account
I am getting additional deduction of 5000 QAR for my credit card re-payment every month irrespective of my transaction that I make myself for re-payment. This re-payment of 5000 QAR for credit card is being automatic & gets deducted from my account. Kindly if you could check & confirm me because every month it gets deducted (5000 QAR) even if I don’t want that much amount to be deducted without my selection.
