Traffic e-Appeals Singapore
Appeals are only considered for medical emergencies and all appeals are to be supported by relevant documentary proof. Repeated appeals without fresh evidence will not be considered.

Providing false information to the Police in the e-application is an offence under section 182 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224.
Introduction
With the introduction of this online service, Traffic Police will be ceasing its operation for walk-in appeals on outstanding traffic offences at Traffic Police Headquarters.
Traditional channels for traffic violation appeals such as fax, e-mail, post will also cease. Appellants who wish to submit an appeal to their traffic offences are advised to do so through the e-Service. Payment of traffic fines can also be performed online.
You may wish to note that appeals for outstanding traffic offences will only be considered on the grounds of medical emergencies which will require supporting documentary proof to be submitted.
To protect the safety lives of all road users, Traffic Police takes a firm stance against traffic offenders and all appeals which do not meet the above criteria will be rejected.

1. I have forgotten my SingPass, how do I lodge a e-Feedback?
You may request for a new SingPass password via https://www.singpass.gov.sg/main.
Alternatively, you may also go to any Neighbourhood Police Centre/Post (NPC/NPP) to lodge such reports. Note that except for Singpass, all the other requirements stated in paragraph 4 above shall still apply.
2. What is eFeedback on Road Users?
eFeedback on Road Users is a channel for members of the public to report incidents of traffic violations that they witnessed to the Police.
3. What is required to submit a traffic violation through eFeedback on Road Users?
You will need the following
1. Have witnessed an incident
2. Be willing to testify in Court for the reported violation
3. Have Singpass
4. Have valid email
5. Have registration number of vehicle involved
4. Why is there a need for SingPass?
This serves as a form of authentication on report received as registered by the individual who has logged in using his/her SingPass.
5. Do I need to renew my security ID card?
There is no need to renew your security ID card as long as you possess a valid Security Officer licence. Renewal of security ID card is only required when you renew your Security Officer licence.
