Covid-19 Reschedule Vaccine Appointment

The Appointment System is now open from August 1st to August 14, 2021. You may book only one appointment timeslot per person for a vaccine.

How to Reschedule?

Steps :
Step 1 : Enter your National Registration # or Passport # that you entered for your Vaccine Appointment


Step 2 : Your appointment will be confirmed by either email or text message (via cell phone).
Step 3 : You must fill one of these fields correctly in order to receive your confirmation.

1. What is Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
COVID-19 is a new strain of a coronavirus that has been discovered recently in China and has spread around the world.

Main symptoms :
** Shortness of breath.
** Fever.
** Cough.
** Loss of the sense of smell and taste.
** Digestive symptoms.
** Symptoms of upper respiratory infection: sore throat, runny nose.

2. What are the preventive methods?
** Wear a mask when out in public.
** Follow health and social distancing guidelines.
** Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly using soap and water. Use alcohol-based sanitizers.

** Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces that are frequently used.
** Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing and dispose of used tissues properly.
** Avoid contact with people experiencing fever or suffering from a cough.

3. What vaccines or medicines should I get before traveling to my destination?
It depends on where you are going and what you will be doing. Use our destination tool to find the vaccines and medications you need for your next trip, and schedule an appointment with your doctor or a travel medicine specialist at least a month before traveling to get recommended or required vaccines and medicines.

4. How long do travel vaccines last (when do I need to get a booster dose)?
How long travel vaccines last depends on the vaccine. If you’re traveling outside the United States, you should see a health care provider who is familiar with travel medicine at least a month before your trip.

They can give you advice about any vaccines and vaccine boosters based on where you are going and your previous vaccinations. Be sure to bring your vaccine records to your appointment!
