Requirements:
(a) The Service will be made available to a Customer of the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to limit the Service to certain types of Accounts.
(b) To successfully access the Service, the following requirements will also apply:
i. A Customer of the Bank will register for the Service by submitting to the Bank a completed BISB Online Application or by other means as the Bank may direct at the time of application for the Service.
ii. A Computer with Internet access, valid e-mail address and Internet browser that supports 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
iii. Identification Facilities made available by the Bank to each User at the time of registration for the Service.

Service Availability:
a) The Service will usually be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
b) The Service may be unavailable from time to time for routine maintenance, or for any other reason falling beyond the Bank’s control.
c) Processing of some transactions types may not be available 24 hours a day and these instances will be advised to Subscribers at the sole discretion of the Bank
