* Customers will only be able to execute transfers through Mobile Banking but not create any beneficiaries. To create beneficiaries, customers can either login to Internet Retail Banking or visit the nearest branch and fill the required forms. For the first, a second password referred to as Authorisation Password, is required when creating a beneficiary for internal and external transfers. The beneficiary created will remain pending until verified and approved by the assigned party. Upon a successful verification, customer will then be able to execute the transfer instruction at his/her own convenience.
Utilising your Mobile Banking Service:
Use the Mobile Banking service for a fast and secure way to conduct your transactions by following these simple steps:
** Through the web browser application on your mobile phone log on to m.bbkonline.com. Your device has to be supported with data net or connected through a wireless Internet network to login to BBK Mobile Banking.
** Enter your CPR number in the “Customer ID” section and your ePIN** and then “Submit”.
** Upon successful login, the page will show the available services.
** Choose the desired service from the menu and perform your transaction.
**ePIN is a 6-8 digit used to access Internet Retail Banking, Telebanking, SMS (My Profile), eStatement and Mobile banking. If you do not have an ePIN, please refer to the BBK’s website and follow the instructions to generate an ePIN to access your account online.
