E-payment service through NBB cards :
NBB’s e – Payment service enables customers of NBB to pay specific government bills/fees as well as traffic department fees through their NBB Debit card, by accessing the relevant websites (which are enabled for this purpose).

They will also be able to use their NBB Debit card to make on-line payments from merchants who have the payment gateway facility from Benefit. Payment can be for goods & services, as well as utility bills like telephone & electricity. Furthermore, there are no additional charges to the customers for the use of this service.
The customer will visit the relevant web-site, and log in with his User ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN). The transaction will be routed to NBB, and the bank will authorize the transaction on-line. Once authorized, the customer’s account will be debited, and the transaction confirmed.
All transactions will be authorized on-line by NBB, based on the PIN (Personal Identification Number).

Lost & Stolen Card :
If your NBB debit / credit card is lost or stolen, please contact the NBB Call Center immediately on 17214433 and report the same. Registered members of NBB Internet Banking or Mobile Banking can also report lost/stolen cards through these services.
However, we urge you to also re-confirm the loss of card by calling our Call Center – the NBB Call Center is open 24 hours at your service, so please report the loss or theft of your card by contacting the Call Center as soon as possible.
Changing my address :
You can change the address/es registered with the bank by visiting any NBB branch in Bahrain and submitting a request for address change.
Please carry proof of identity (CPR/smart card) for verification. Please ensure to inform the bank every time you change your address or contact numbers so that we can contact you when necessary.
Questions about my statement :
The bank will send you your account or credit card statement at a pre-determined frequency (monthly, half yearly etc), electronically or through the post. Please go through the statement carefully and inform the bank immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
