Lost Investor Card Replacement:

Through this service, an investor can submit a request for the replacement of his/her lost investor card

Process description:
Please follow the steps below:
** Fill in the application form and pay the fees at any typing centre.
** Submit the printed application along with the required documents at any of the external offices.
** Receive the card by Empost or immediately in case of submitting the urgent application.

Required documents:
** Circular application for investor card loss (Original)
** Establishment card Valid (Copy)
** Investor card or residency visa (Copy)
** Passport of the sponsor (Copy)
** Trade licence (Copy)
** Insurance card or the original receipt for the health insurance subscription (Copy)
** List of the sponsored (Original)
** ID card or the registration receipt (Copy)
** Empost sticker or fully paid urgent application (Original)

How can I find services on the Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway?
The services on the Gateway are categorised by topics and can be accessed through “Service Topics” on the homepage.

Additionally, each department information page includes a list of its services. You can also use the search function to find services (please see “How do I search for information?”).

How can I register for “My Contact Centre”?
If you have an account on the Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway, you can use the same credentials to access “My Contact Centre”.

How can I update my personal list of e-Services and bookmarks?
In “My Abu Dhabi”, you can store your personal list of e-Services as well as your bookmarks. You can easily add and delete bookmarks and services from your list by using the “add” button or the “trash” icon.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password on SmartPass since your account on Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway is migrated to SmartPass. Sign in to SmartPass and click on (Change Password) then follow the steps.

How do I download PDF documents?
The Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway consists of some PDF documents which can be downloaded and read with Adobe PDF Reader. Adobe PDF Reader is free of charge and available on the Adobe website.

If Acrobat Reader is installed, you can view the PDF documents directly in your web browser or save it on to your hard disk (right-click on your mouse and choose “Save Target/Link As…” from the menu).
