Non Employment Residency Permit Renewal for Individuals :
Through this service, an investor can request for the renewal of a non employment residency permit for his wife and children.

Process description:
Please follow the steps below:
** Fill in the application form and pay the fees at any typing centre.
** Submit the printed application along with the required documents at any of the external offices.
** Receive the residency permit by Empost or immediately in case of submitting the urgent application.
Required documents:
** Residency visa application Original
** Signed and stamped by the company
** Passport of the sponsored Original
** Fitness certificate for those above 18 years Original
** Health insurance card or the original subscription certificate in case there is no card Copy
** Empost sticker or fully paid urgent application Original
** Emirates ID card or the registration receipt Copy
** List of sponsored people Original
** Issued by the Ministry of Labour and indicates that the sponsored people are not less than 15 employees
** Pledge of celibacy for girls above 18 years Original
** Certificate of continuity of study at a university accredited by the Ministry of Education for males above 18 years Original
** The below documents should be submitted by the investor upon request:
** University degree in the activity field certified by the applicant’s embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Original
** Bank guarantee of not less than AED 70,000 Original
** Proof that the partner share in a limited liability company is not less than AED 70,000 Original
** Proof of real estate ownership in UAE of not less that AED 500,000 Original
** Industrial Register issued by the Ministry of Finance and Industry on the industrial licence Certified copy
