Abu Dhabi Cancelling & Rescheduling Booking

Through this service, individuals can cancel and reschedule a booking of their driving classes.

Process Description

Please follow the steps below:
** Submit your request in person, by fax or e-mail at least one day prior to the booking date to the Emirates Driving Company.
** Receive a confirmation on the new booking in case of rescheduling.

Attested document or proof explaining the reason for cancellation or absence Original

Special Conditions:
** In case no proof explaining the reason for cancellation or absence, the fee of the cancelled or rescheduled class is not refundable.
** In case of absence, the trainee shall pay to rebook these classes or tests.
** For cancellation, the trainee must inform Emirates Driving Company at least one day in advance by fax, e-mail or by attending personally.
** The trainee will be considered absent if arriving late more than 10 minutes for any class or test.
** The necessary rescheduling will be made if the trainee fulfils the conditions.

Yes, you can change your username on SmartPass since your account on Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway is migrated to SmartPass.

If I use my Emirates ID Card, is my data vulnerable to theft or security threats?
The information from your ID Card is securely transmitted to the Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway, so there is no reason to worry about the security threats. Also, the PIN code for your ID card is never saved, transmitted, or compromised. For further information, you can refer to our Privacy Policy.

My Emirates ID Card has been blocked. How do I get it unblocked?
If you receive a message during the registration process that your card is blocked, you will need to get it unblocked before proceeding any further.

Usually, your Emirates ID Card gets blocked after three unsuccessful consecutive attempts to enter your PIN code. To unblock your card, you must visit an Emirates Identity Authority Service Centre. More information is available at the Emirates Identity Authority.

  1. I want to asked if you have a vacant schedule for area5(a). I have already one (November 7)(7:35 am) but I need another hour to complete my test schedule. A quick response is really appreciate.
