Through this service, individuals can request for the issuance of a no objection certificate for the transfer of a driving licence from the other Emirates to Abu Dhabi.

Please follow the steps below:
** Submit the application and the required documents at the customer services centres of the Drivers Licensing Department.
** Receive the certificate from the customer services centres of the Drivers Licensing Department.
