Declaration of Marriage Consummation:

Requirements:
** ID of the spouses and the witnesses
** Original and copy of the Family Book for UAE nationals
** Original and copy marriage contract or declaration – conclusive judgment confirming marriage

Application Process:
** Submit the application along with the required documents at the reception desk.
** Sign the document in presence of the witnesses and Section Head.
** Receive an instruction from the Section Head for fees payment.
** Pay the fees at the cashier counter and receive a payment receipt.
** Submit the fees payment receipt to the Section Head.
** Receive the declaration signed by the Judge and stamped by the Section Head

Important Information:
** Personal attendance of the husband and his wife or her guardian.
** Personal attendance of two competent witnesses of legal age.
** If the marriage contract was issued outside the UAE or in a language other than Arabic, the document must be duly translated and attested

Pre- Marriage Mutual Check Certificate :
Requirements :
** Copy of valid passport
** Emirates ID Card
** Copy of valid residency
** 2 personal photos

Application Process :
** Visit one of the pre-marriage mutual check centers.
** Submit the required documents.
** Pay the fees based on the required medical tests.
** Complete the required medical tests and procedures.
** Obtain the certificate a few days after doing the medical test from the same healthcare facility

** Depends on the tests required by the physician

Important Information :
** The presence of one of the parents is required if the applicant is below 18 years

Declaration of Marriage Continuity :
Requirements :
** ID of the spouses and the witnesses
** Original and copy of Power of Attorney, in case the applicant is acting on behalf of the principal
** Original and copy marriage contract or declaration – conclusive judgment confirming marriage

Application Process :
** Submit the application along with the required documents at the reception desk.
** Documents must be signed by all including witnesses, in front of department head
** Receive instructions from the Section Head for fees payment.

** Pay the fees at the cashier counter and receive a payment receipt.
** Submit the fees payment receipt to the Section Head.
** Receive the declaration signed by the Judge and stamped by the Section Head.

The Emirate of Sharjah is located at a longitude of 55 degrees and 25 East, and a latitude of 25 degrees and 22 North.
