Sharjah License Issuance For Individual Establishment
The issuance of a license for an individual establishment, which is an establishment that is owned by one person. It is issued for practicing an activity (trade, industrial, professional).

And the capital of the establishment is integrated to its owner as he is the one who is liable for all the financial costs of the establishment
Required Documents
** License form
** Passportand National ID photocopies
** Trade Name Certificate
** Technical Evaluation report
** Other government entities approvals if required
** A certified copy of the tenancy contract
** Land map or ownership certificate photocopy
How to get it:
** The investor heads to the Licenses Section after completing the Trade Names, Legal Affairs and Inspection procedures
** The Licenses employee approves the license’ details, and modifies or adds to it if necessary
** The Payment Voucher is issued and audited
** After paying for it the investor receives the license and trade register certificates

** Certified No Objection letter, photocopies of passport, visa or residency for foreigners
** Technical Evaluation Report

** Service Agent Contract certified by the Legal Affairs Section
** Certified Tenancy Contract photocopy
** Land Map or Ownership Certificate

About Us
The Emirate of Sharjah is located at a longitude of 55 degrees and 25 East, and a latitude of 25 degrees and 22 North.
