Required Documents:
** Fill the registration form in Arabic with the signature and the stamp of the company.
** A copy of the commercial license and the Chamber of Commerce membership (active).

** Overview of the company’s activities.
** A copy of the exclusive agency certificate for the products.
** Official letter issued by the company stating the bank information the IBAN number and SWIFT CODE.
** A payment of 200 DHS (non-refundable) for Tahseel Card Fee.
** A certified copy of the contract for the company’s establishment for limited liability companies.

Terms

** Only supply after receiving a Purchasing Order
** The supplier shall deliver the supplies according to the period specified in the Purchasing Order.
** The supplier shall provide bank insurance for the advance payments.
** Purchasing Department are notified by an official letter in case there is any change in the company’s information, such as the trade name, the bank information, or contact details

Card of Engineer (Contractor / Consultant) :
Requirements :
** Filling out the request of Card of Engineer.
** Engineer’s certificate attested by the UAE’s foreign ministry.
** Engineer’s passport with a visa on the same company (original + copy).
** License copy.
** Valid membership in the Society of Engineers – Photo

Application Process :
** Submission of the required documents
** Payment of fees.
** Test of engineer for consultancy firms
** Attestation of the Card by the management.

Import Procedures

Requirements :
** Delivery order permit
** Packing list (original and copy)
** Original invoice

** Attested original certificate of origin
** Bill of lading
** Receipt of duties or deposit settled insurance
** Inspection report

Fees

** A fee of Dhs 80/- payable for duty exempted goods against issuance of Bill.
** For non-exempted goods, a duty of 5% is collected on CIF value and registration fees are collected in cash or by check

** If essential transaction documents are not  presented to customs, an amount of Dhs. 1000/- has to be deposited until they are produced.

The Emirate of Sharjah is located at a longitude of 55 degrees and 25 East, and a latitude of 25 degrees and 22 North.
