To withdraw an SGD Fixed Deposit, you need to have an existing savings or chequing account.

** Dial 1800 363 3333
** or (65) 6363 3333 if overseas
** Select language
** Press 0 and select 2 for Banking

Withdrawals will take effect in 1 working day.

Online banking secured email:
To withdraw an SGD Fixed Deposit, you need to have an existing savings or chequing account.

** Login to online banking
** Enter your access code, PIN and one-time-password
** Scroll over “Mailbox” and click on “Compose Mail”

Apply For Remittance:
Online banking:
** Login to online banking
** Enter your access code, PIN and one-time password
** Scroll over “Payment and Transfer”
** Select “Transfer Funds”
** Select “to a bank account overseas (including overseas OCBC accounts)”
** Select “Add account” to add payee account details.
** Complete all details and key in the one-time password for the payee account to be added.
** Select the account to transfer funds from
** Indicate the remitting currency and amount
** Select the relevant party who will bear the charges
** Click “Next” to preview and “Submit” to complete the remittance request

Applications will take immediate effect.

Update your mailing address :
1. Insert your ATM card
2. Select “Other Services” after entering your PIN
3. Select “Other Services”
4. Select “Update Contact Particulars”
Please note that this service is only applicable to savings, current, credit card and foreign currency call accounts. Changes will take immediate effect.

View credit card transactions :
View them on online banking.
** Upon logging in to online banking, click “Your Accounts”.
** From the drop-down menu, click “Overview”.
** Scroll down to view “What you owe (Liabilities)”; Credit Cards
** Click on the specific card type.
** After clicking on the specific card type, select “Details / Transactions” from the popout tooltip.
