Clearance of Goods for Export :

Important:
Every exporter of goods must put on the customs declaration the commercial register number and the place of registration of the RC (RC Centre).

For exporters, natural or legal persons not registered in the commercial register (agricultural cooperatives, universities, embassies, tourists …), a particular code in lieu of RC may be assigned by the Customs Office.

Formalities to be accomplished to have a code in lieu of the commercial register

Apply for code assignment:
** either directly at Customs office computer cells;
** or from the customs office cell for management of customs economic systems accounts at the competent customs, if applicants request the authorization to operate under one of these systems(RED).

After reviewing the application and if the answer is affirmative, the Customs Service will provide a code. It is possible to use the electronic clearance system of the Customs Administration to perform goods export operations.

To clear goods not subject to export restrictions, please follow the procedure below:
