How does the promotion work?:
This promotion is available to new customers who buy MTN starter packs. They receive K10 upon activating the number. Customers will then be eligible to receive 5 free minutes every 30 days for the next 6 months as long as they spend K5. This 5 minutes bonus will be valid for 3 days (72 hours) and will be used for On-net calls only.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?:
Any customer that activates a new MTN Prepaid Starter pack.

How many minutes will a customer receive in a month?:
In the first month the customer will only receive K10 and 1 free tariff migration. Subsequent months up to the 6th month, the customer will receive 5 minutes once a month as long as they spend up to K5 within that month.

Is the K5 usage accumulative or customer has to use it at one instance?:
The K5 is accumulative. It accumulates spend on Voice, SMS and Data Usage only.

What is the default tariff for these special SIM cards?:
The default tariff for these Special SIM cards is MTN Call Per Second. But customer can migrate to any other plan and be rewarded for accumulated monthly spend

If a customer is on MTN Call Per Second and changes to another tariff e.g. MTN Zone, will they continue receiving the 5 minutes after a K5 usage?:
