With the TelefonBanking service of Bank Austria you can conduct your banking transactions easily and conveniently by telephone around the clock every day.

Services:
** Check your account balance and account activity.
** Change your PIN (secret number).
** Make SEPA credit transfers and international transfers.
** Give instructions for standing and sweep orders.
** Have credit cards, bank cards or cheques blocked.
** Order foreign currency based on current exchange rate information.
** Order brochures.
** Notify address and telephone number changes.
** Request return call from your account manager.
** Order tickets of Bank Austria Ticketing
** Place securities orders.

How TelefonBanking works:
** Call telephone number +43 (0)5 05 05 – 15.
** Key in your user code.
** You will then be prompted for two digits of your five-digit PIN. Key these numbers in on your telephone keypad. Your PIN is handed to you when you register for TelefonBanking in your Bank Austria branch.
** After pressing the required keys you can check your account balance and the most recent transactions on your account. If you require any other service, you will be connected to the TelefonBanking adviser.
** For all transactions to be executed by the TelefonBanking adviser, please choose a password that is difficult to guess.
** Do not disclose this password to anyone.
** Each transaction carried out on your account will be listed on your next account statement.

Securities transactions via Telephone Banking:
With Telephone Banking you can give your orders even outside the bank’s business hours. For detailed information on fees please view the „Terms and Conditions for Securities Trading via Internet and Telephone Banking“.
** Placing ordes: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on which Austrian banks are open for business
** Purchase and sales of shares, warrants, bonds, exchange traded funds, index certificates on selected exchanges
** Over-the-counter purchase and sale of units in domestic mutual funds
** Obtaining order status information
** No fees charged for the cancellation of, or changes to, orders and for orders that have not been executed by the time they expire
