How to Apply:
Receiving Money:
** Simply follow the following steps at any Trust Bank branch to receive the money remitted in your name
** Fill & sign a simple Remittance Payment Slip (available at all branches)
** Provide the Western Union MTCN Number (Money Transfer Control Number given by the sender / remitter)
** Carry your original and a photocopy of an identification document (CNIC / Passport / NICOP)
** Receive remittance amount and sign receipt

Sending Money to Bangladesh:
** Visit any Western Union Service provider in your area and follow the required process and procedure of the service provider.
** To find your nearest agent visit the Western Union Website
** Track your remittance via the Western Union Tracking service
** Provide the MTCN number to the beneficiary (receiver) of the remittance in Bangladesh. They can collect the remittance from any Trust Bank branch in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh Electronic Funds Transfer Network (BEFTN) :
Bangladesh Electronic Funds Transfer Network(BEFTN) is a system of transferring money from one bank account directly to another bank without money changing hands.

Terms & Conditions :
01. The BEFTN project shall be implemented through all of our branches.

02. “BEFTN” means electronic payments and collection system that moving funds between different accounts in the different banks operated by Bangladesh Bank through Originating Bank and Receiving Bank.

03. “Electronic” means relating to technology having electrical. digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic, or similar capabilities.
04. Customer initiated Entry {CIE} means an entry initiated by or on behalf of the customer.

05. Corporate Credit or Debit {CCD} means an entry initiated by or on behalf of the holder of an account to effect a transfer of funds to account of the Receiver {Beneficiary}.

06. Corporate Trade Exchange {CTX} means transfer of funds within a trading partner relationship in which funds are transferred with business payment remittance information.

The payment-related information is placed in multiple addenda records in a format agreed to by the parties and BEFTN.

07. The Originator {Customer} means a person, company, organization, government, semi govt, autonomous, NGO entities or an employer etc. The Originator executes the EFT fund transfer entry through an Originating bank.
