1-2 days

Bhutan Kidney Foundation (BKF):
** This organization is a good starting point. They focus on kidney disease and transplants. Their website (https://bkfbhutan.org/) mentions a patient waiting list. It would be helpful to contact them directly for guidance on the process.

Ministry of Health (MoH):
** The MoH has a policy for human organ donation (https://www.moh.gov.bt/wp-content/uploads/moh-files/2014/11/Policy-For-Human-Organ-Donation-2015.pdf). This policy outlines the framework for organ donation and waiting lists.

Here’s a possible course of action:
** Consult your doctor: Discuss your situation and suitability for a transplant. They can advise you further.
** Contact Bhutan Kidney Foundation: They can provide information on the process and potentially connect you with specialists.
** Ministry of Health: The MoH’s policy might offer insights, but it’s likely their role is more on the regulatory side.
