Employment Services Providers are agencies that provide support for people looking for work. There are many providers across Australia delivering different kinds of assistance and services.

Find a Provider:
To search for an employment services provider use the quick search available on the Find a Provider page. This search allows you to select the type of provider you are looking for and in a location near you. If you are unsure which provider is for you visit the Which provider do I choose? page for information on the different kinds of assistance and services provided before continuing your search.

Quick Search:
The Find Providers search allows you to target your search to bring back results that meet what you are looking for
Keywords – Enter a keyword to return specific results, this can include a postcode or the name of the provider.
Provider Type – Select a specific provider type from the dropdown list
Location – Select a state, territory or a specific location from the list

Once you have entered your required criteria click the Provider Search button to return your search results.

To find a list of NEIS Providers you will need to visit – NEIS Providers.

Search Results:
You can now browse the list of providers matching your search criteria. To see specific information about the provider click the provider name to display the information.

Want to re-order your search results? Use the Sort function at the top of the page to change how the search results are displayed.

Not happy with the search results returned? Use the Filters on the left of the screen to modify your search results. You can select a different location or provider type from these search filters.

Star Ratings:
The Star Ratings measure provider sites’ relative success in achieving employment or education outcomes for their job seekers and are updated every three months. Sites with 5-Stars are the best performing while sites with 1-Star are the lowest. The ratings methodology allows for differences in job seeker and labour market characteristics across the country that influences outcomes. ‘N/A’, indicates that there have been insufficient job seeker commencements to calculate ratings

‘New Site’ indicates providers who have only recently started delivering services in the area and there has been insufficient time to calculate ratings for them.
