How do I arrange a redelivery?
There are two ways in which you can receive a parcel after a delivery attempt was made, If your parcel has been delivered to a nearby Collection Point, you will receive an SMS with instructions. Please allow up to 1 business day for your parcel to be ready for collection.

Please Note:
** A redelivery to your door is not available once a parcel has been delivered to a Collection Point.
** If you have received a notification or calling card, you can book your redelivery here.

Hint:
When you track your parcel, if a delivery attempt has already been made, a link will be available to arrange a redelivery, or, to find the details of the Collection Point your parcel was delivered to.

How long does a redelivery take?
In most cases, a redelivery takes 1-2 business days to complete. In the event this time has lapses since a redelivery has been booked or requested, please contact us via our Virtual Agent, or on 1300 361 000 to connect with one of our friendly Live Chat agents for assistance.

I haven’t received my redelivery

I didn’t receive a redelivery card, or notification:
** Depending on the service selected by the sender, either a redelivery card would be left, or an email notification sent, when we are unable to complete delivery of a parcel or leave the parcel safe.
** Please check your inbox, including your spam folders for a notification, as an email will be sent even in instances where a physical card has been left.
** If no card or notification was received, please contact us via our Virtual Agent, or on 1300 361 000 to connect with one of our friendly Live Chat agents for assistance.

How many times can I organise a redelivery?
