Our Domino’s Live Pizza Tracker was introduced so that our customers could track every stage of their order in real time. It means our customers who are picking up can manage their time to arrive at our store while our pizzas are fresh out of the oven and those at home know when their order is ready for delivery.

The Domino’s Pizza Tracker wheel lets you know when your pizza is being made on our make line, when it has been put into the oven for cooking, when it is ready in store for pick up, leaving the store for delivery and when your order is complete.

Why won’t the system accept my delivery address?
Our delivery areas are based on the area in which we believe we can deliver hot and fresh pizzas. If you address does not come up, it’s likely that you are too far from our local store for delivery. We are always looking at new delivery technologies and new store locations, so we can serve even more customers!

Why does the tracker show my pizza has been delivered when it hasn’t?
Whilst technology is usually our friend, sometimes it doesn’t work as we would like it to. If you think your tracker may be showing an error, please contact your local store for an accurate status update of your order. You can find your store’s phone number using our store finder – Domino’s Pizza (dominos.co.nz)

What is the 15 and 20 minute delivery guarantee?
The 15-minute guarantee is $5, and the 20-minute guarantee is $3. This small, voluntary fee ensures we prioritise your order no matter how busy we are, and get it to you in less than 15 or 20 minutes. This is a completely optional add-on to your order, but great for when you’re racing against the clock! If, for some unforeseen reason, you pay this fee and your order doesn’t arrive in time, we’ll send you a voucher to make it up to you.

I paid for a 15- or 20-minute guarantee, but my pizza arrived after the designated time, how can I claim my voucher?
If the unfortunate circumstance arises where conditions don’t allow us to deliver to you in under 15 or 20 minutes, please check your emails where you should find a voucher to make it up to you. If you did not receive a voucher and believe you are entitled to one, please complete a feedback form – Domino’s Pizza (dominos.co.nz)

Where can I update my details when ordering?
First please log into your account. The log in button can be found on the top right hand side of the page in both our app and our website. Once you have logged into your account, in the top corner you will see “my account”. Once you click this, you will be able to select the appropriate title and update information such as your name, mobile number, password and saved payment details.

What if I have forgotten my password?
Please click the ‘forgotten password’ link on the login page of online ordering. You will receive an email with a link to recreate your password. If this does not work, please contact us at our feedback form – Domino’s Pizza (dominos.co.nz)

How do I unsubscribe from emails/SMS?
On your email or text message, please select the unsubscribe link towards the bottom of the message. If this does not work, please reach out to our customer service team at Domino’s feedback form – Domino’s Pizza (dominos.co.nz) to assist.

Why am I being charged an ‘Extended Delivery Fee’?
This fee (which ranges from $4.95 – $9.99) only applies to a small number of deliveries that are outside the normal delivery zone for a store, where otherwise it would not be possible for a store to deliver. It ensures we can continue to deliver delicious pizzas straight to your door. If this fee applies to your order, it will be clearly displayed at the checkout.
