Who Should Apply For eVisa Anguilla?

You should apply for a visa if:
** You are a citizen or national of a country listed here,
** You plan to travel to Anguilla for business or pleasure, and
** You plan to stay for 90 days or less.

You do NOT need to apply for a visa if:
** You have a valid visa or residence permit to enter the UK, US or Canada. A valid UK, US or Canada visa or residence permit can be used to enter Anguilla.

Documents Required For eVisa Anguilla

All required documentation along with English Translation where applicable, must be submitted via email to evisa@gov.ai with the Application Number as the subject.

** Passport Photo : A digital photo of your head, shoulders and upper body. See photo guidelines on HM Passport Office website.
** Valid Passport : A valid passport with at least 6 months validity and a photo of the bio page.
** Valid eMail address : The eVisa team will use this email address to contact you.
** Proof of Accomodation :If you will be staying at a friend or a family member, your host must be an Anguillian Status Holder or a legal resident. (If applicable)

Employment Status:
** If you are employed: A letter from your employer.
** If you are self-employed: Business registration documents.
** If you are a student: A letter from your education provider.

Applicants under the age of 18:
** Birth Certificate
** Adoption Papers or Legal Guardianship document (if applicable).
** If traveling unaccompanied or with someone other than a parent or legal guardian: A notarized letter from the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) confirming details of anyone accompanying the minor, and A copy of the parent(s) or legal guardian’s biographical page of their passport.

Application Fee For eVisa Anguilla

Single Entry Visa:
** A single stay of up to 90 consecutive days.
** May be used for both business and leisure purposes
** eVisa must be used within 90 days of the date of issue and expires upon entry
** 15-20 business days for processing
** USD $140

Multiple Entry Visa:
** Multiple stays of up to 90 consecutive days per visit.
** May be used for both business and leisure purposes
** Valid for 1 year
** 15-20 business days for processing
** USD $250

Note:
When the visa application is submitted and processed, you are required to make the following payments:
** The Application Processing Fee is due before final submission of the application.
** The application will not be processed until this fee is paid. Failure to pay this fee will render the application incomplete and is due for deletion after 7 days of inactivity.
** The eVisa Fee is due upon final approval only.
** Successful applicants must be pay this fee before the eVisa document can be accessed for downloading or printing. Applications that have been denied will not be charged.
