How To Apply For Certificate of Address Declaration?

This procedure allows to obtain a certificate containing the address of the applicant, to be presented to the body that requests it. It must be carried out personally and takes the form of an affidavit.

What do I need to do?

** Being over 18. If you are under this age, you must be accompanied by legal representative, guardian or guardian, with ID.
** Submit National Identity Document (original) with updated address;
** In case of an updated ID, you can prove address with: Contract of property location; or Tax Bag; or Driver License; or two witnesses with ID, who endorse the address invoked by the applicant under affidavit.
** In the event of no ID, he must present himself with two witnesses with IDs, who endorse under an affidavit the identity and address invoked by the applicant.
