This website facilitates the online registration for an individual, company and brokers. Registered members can utilize this site to apply for Import / Export Certification and Licensing and make payments as it relates to fees and Services offered by the Trade Board.

Registration
To register on the website is very simple, secured and provides you with a number of personal features to make your search for information easy and useful.
Once registered, you can apply for import / export licenses and know the status of your application up-to-date. Search option enables faster, more efficient searching.
You are able to receive email notifications and updates regarding the status of your import / export license applications. Up-to-date and relevant information is made available to you.
Registration provides you the option to make payments online using the E-Payment facility.

If the system appears to not function, then the Help Desk unit at the Trade Board is to be contacted either by phone or email.
All queries will be addressed within 48hrs.
The normal working hours are between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Our Offices are closed on National Public Holidays.

Overview
** A total of eighteen (18) items are subject to export licensing.
There are two types of export licences :
** Open Export Permits are valid for three (3) months to one (1) year and issued to exporters of Ores, Sugar and Petroleum Products
** General Export Permits are issued for the remaining items and valid for three (3) months only except for scrap metal that is valid for only one (1) month.
