How To Apply For Qiblat Direction in Brunei?
This service is provided by Survey Department under the Ministry of Development.

How To Use The Service?
Public:
** Fill in form UKUR073 and submit to the counter at 2nd floor, Survey Department.
** Payment at the counter 2nd floor, Survey Department.
** Application for qiblat direction will be put on queue.
Group:
** Fill in form UKUR073 and submit to the counter at 2nd floor, Survey Department.
** Payment at the counter 2nd floor, Survey Department.
** Maximum 10 houses per application.
** Must have recommendation from Ketua Kampung / Penghulu.
** Houses must be close in proximity.

** Application via Memorandum and state the Vote Number for payment process.
** Private Sector
** Fill in form UKUR073 and submit to the counter at 2nd floor, Survey Department.
** Payment at the counter 2nd floor, Survey Department.
Construction of Mosque, Surau & Balai Ibadat (Phase III):
** Fill in form UKUR080.
** Memorandum which states the Vote Number for payment process.
Note : Payment will be exempted for the less fortunate and new converts.
Admission to Government Pre-Religious School
Under the Compulsory Religious Education Order 2012, Muslim parents must ensure their children are enrolled at a religious school for the duration of the compulsory religious education which is 7 to 8 years. This service is for parents to enrol their children to a government pre-religious school.
General Prerequisite / Criteria:
Children aged 7 years old, born between 1st April and 31st Mac.
How To Use The Service?
1. Go to your selected government religious school and get the application form SRK (Sekolah Rendah / primary school) or SRS (Sekolah Swasta / private school). The list of religious schools can be found here.
2. Fill in the form and return it back to the school. You will need to have and provide:
** Two (2) copies of the applicant’s birth certificate;
** Two (2) copies of parents’ / guardian’s identity cards;
** Four (4) passport size photos of the applicant.
3. Registration to pre-religious classes at Sekolah Ugama Antarabangsa Jerudong and Sekolah Ugama Antarabangsa Brunei begins at the start of the schools’ academic year.
