Using this service you can pay a parking fine issued in a car park or on streets in St Helier.

Enter parking fine details:
If you have received a parking fine, then please enter the AN number (if incurred in Sand Street Car Park), the CP number (if incurred in other car parks) or the SF number (on-street fines) and your vehicle registration number below. You will then be presented with the parking fine details and have the opportunity to pay this online.

Refund policy:
You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of it being authorised (it can take between 5-10 days for a bank to process a refund).

1. When you make a payment, a message confirming that we have received payment will display on your screen. You should print a receipt as prompted.

2. The States of Jersey receive confirmation by email of your payment being made

Refund
1. We may issue you with a refund (using the original payment method) if a system error has resulted in you making a duplicate payment. This is subject to the following:
1.1 you must supply the States of Jersey with confirmation of a duplicated payment being made from your chosen method and
1.1.2 this is verified by the States of Jersey as being correct and
1.1.3 that we have confirmed receipt of a duplicated payment for the fine being paid

2. We will not issue refunds for any other reason.

3. Your request for a refund must be submitted either in writing by post or in person at the Parking Control Office at Sand Street.

4. Your refund request must include:
4.1.1 the date(s) on which both payments were made
4.1.2 the last four digits of the card used for each payment
4.1.3 the fine number being paid
4.1.4 proof that both payments have been taken from the cards indicated in 4.1.2.

5. Where we issue a refund, it will be issued by the same payment method that you used to pay the fine.

6. Any refund issued to you is not an admission of liability by The States of Jersey.

7. Where we conclude that a refund request is invalid, we may refuse the refund.
