Equity Card Verification :

The Equity Card Verification service enables you to verify the validity of any Equity Card, check the ID numbers of any previous Equity Cards held by a household, and to view the details of household members. You can also view the household photo, if one exists. To use this service, please follow the instructions below.

1. In order use this service, you must already be registered as a data user. If you are not yet registered, you must do this first.

There are two ways you can access this service:
** From the IDPoor website.
** Directly, using the address: https://web.archive.org/web/20180729232026/http://equitycard.idpoor.gov.kh:80/Tablet/Index.html (for PCs and tablets)
or https://web.archive.org/web/20180401072610/http://equitycard.idpoor.gov.kh:80/Mobile/index.html (for smartphones). You can use your PC, tablet or smartphone.

2. If you access this service from the IDPoor website, go to ONLINE SERVICES>Equity Card Verification. Otherwise, just type in the address of the Equity Card Verification service into the browser of your PC, tablet or smartphone.

3. If you are already signed in to the website, you will be able to use the service immediately. If you have not yet signed in, you will have to sign in, as shown below:

4. Once you have signed in to the service, you will see the following page. You will not see any data until you do a search.

5. To search for a specific Equity Card, you will use the grey box on the left hand side of the screen. In this box, type in the 14-digit number Equity Card Number that you see directly below the bar code in the top right corner of the Equity Card. The 14-digit number consists of two parts: a 10-digit number, and then a 4-digit number. Make sure that you do not mistakenly use the 12-digit Geographic Code in the top middle part of the card. Then click the “Search” button.

You will then see data about the household on the right hand side of the screen, as shown in the example below:
** If the card is still valid, the number will be shown in green colour, under the heading “ Valid Card”. The expiry date is also shown below the card number.
** If the card has already expired, the number(s) will be shown in red colour, under the heading “ Expired Cards”.
** The household photo will be displayed, if a photo was taken for this household. Please note that some household members may not be shown in the photo, if they were not present when the photo was taken.
** Underneath, you will see a table showing the details of all household members, and their relationship to the head of household. The head of household is displayed in the first row of the list.

6. To do another search, just click the “Clear” button, and type in a new 14-digit Equity Card number.

7. Note:
If you are using a PC, you can print all of the Equity Card information, using your internet browser’s standard functions.
