Predict & Win Contest Terms & Condition:

1. The OLX Pakistan Cricket World Cup 2015-Predict & Win Campaign (hereinafter referred to as Contest) is open to any person who ‘likes’ OLX Pakistan page on Facebook, being a resident of Pakistan and over 18 years of age. OLX Pakistan is herein after referred to as “Company”.

2. The term of the Contest is effective from 15th February (from the time of launching) to 30th March 2015 (Only Covering Pakistan Matches).

3. To be eligible for the Contest, each contestant has to share their “OLX Pakistan Cricket World Cup 2015-Predict & Win Contest”. For this they have to select: 2 Best Opening Batsman, 1 Middle Order Batsman 1 Wicket Keeper Batsman, 1 All Rounder and 1 Fast Bowler (the contestant can select mixed players from both Teams) Best 6 Players before the start of actual play during the term of the contest and make the post in the comments section of Predict & Win Contest Main Post on OLX Pakistan Facebook Fan Page. Only the Posts made (in comments section) under the Main Contest Post on the Facebook page will be accepted, No Submission will be considered after the start of actual play. Users can also participate in the contest through Twitter and GooglePlus. No entries will be accepted through OLX Pakistan Facebook Page Inbox.

4. Winners will be announced on the next working day after the Match Day and winners will be selected through the best performance of 1 or more of their selected 6 Players performance and Lucky Draw conducted by a Panel constituted by the Company. 1 Winner will be selected participating in the contest (only covering each Pakistan Match). All the winners will be intimated on the fan page. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non-receipt of intimation. The Winners will be required to submit documentation such as ID, age proof etc. as required by the Company within 12 hours from release of the winning participants’ name. All the Winners will get the excited giveaways after the World Cup 2015.

5. The Company’s decision will be final and participant shall have no right to object. The Company shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this Contest as it may deem fit for its future promotions.

6. The Company also reserves the right to amend the rules of the Contest or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Contest or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice. No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the Contest.

7. The employees of Company, Service Providers or any associated companies and members of the immediate family of the employees of the Company will not be eligible to participate in the Contest. The laws of Pakistan govern the Contest. All disputes shall be settled by means of arbitration only. The Company shall have the sole right to appoint the arbitrator whose decision shall be final and binding. Place of arbitration shall be Lahore.
