How To View Smart Billing Statement?

To check your bills online, log-in to my.Smart. You can view and print a copy of your billing statement for the past 12 months. For new users, sign up for an account and link your postpaid mobile number or Smart Bro subscription. Registration is FREE.

How To Track Smart Bill Delivery?

Track my bill delivery:
Air21 is SMART’s partner in delivering bills to Metro Manila and Rizal individual subscribers. With Air21’s Bill Tracking System, you can now see the delivery status of your bills.

Here’s how to do it:
** Go to Air21’s bill tracking website: http://www.af2100.com/tracking/smart/
** Enter your account number.
** (Note: Always add “0” to each account number).
** Click “Track”.
** Proof of Delivery will be displayed.

Alternately, you can also check your bills online through my.Smart. Register and log-in to my.Smart to view your billing statements for the past 12 months. Registration is FREE

How To Check Smart Rewards Points?

Check SMART Rewards points:
It is absolutely easy to find out how many points you have with SMART Rewards.

If you are a SMART Postpaid or Prepaid user, just text POINTS to 9800 for free. It will display all available points you have as of the date indicated in the SMS message.

If you are a SMART Bro subscriber, check online through my.smart.com.ph, under the REWARDS menu of each registered mobile number. It will display all available points as of the date indicated.

Report billing concerns:
If you have concerns regarding your bill that you want investigated such as monthly service fees, uncredited payments or rebates due to service downtime (applicable for SMART Bro), you may file your request via my.Smart.
** Register and log-in to my.Smart. Registration is FREE.
** Once logged-in, link your mobile number or Smart Bro subscription to your my.Smart account.
** Once linked, click the “Manage” option beside the account you want to have the settings activated.
** Select BILLING from the left menu.
** Click Billing Concerns to file a report.

Since billing concerns require investigation, kindly wait for 2-3 days. Feedback will be given via SMS or call-out. In the meantime, you may check the status of your concern through SR Status Inquiry tab.
