  1. I need to renew my digital birth certificate. How can I do that?

  2. Kindly tell, Whom do I have to contact to find out, if a machine readable BC was already populated in my name. I applied for a BC more than 2 years with the consulate in NY and they claim they received nothing that it must be lost. I have been told to keep checking back but I am fed up now, also there is no proof all the details I sent to them was even sent to Trinidad for processing so therefore I have to apply again on top of everything, they are saying if one was already done then I have to pay more money for something I never received. Who can help with this situation that’s frustrating me.

  3. Kindly clarify, is this polymer birth certificate?
