It’s necessary to:
1. verify it (them) at a Notary Public,
2. legalize the document(s) at the Consular Department of the Bahrain Foreign Ministry.
3. Besides the document(s) mentioned above you should submit to the Consular section of Russian Embassy a copy of the valid passport and your contact telephone numbers.

Head of the Consular section shall also verify the powers of the representative of the juridical person on the basis of:
** Availability of his office certificate with a photograph indicating the fact that the person is the CEO;
** Certified extracts of the minutes about the appointment of the officials empowered to sign documents on behalf of the said legal person;
** Power of attorney for carrying out a specific action.
** Legal competence of a juridical person (office, enterprise, organization) shall be established on the basis of the charter documents (Charter, Foundation Agreement. For not-for-profit organizations — on the basis of General Provisions and registration documents).
** The period of legalization is 5 working days.

Legalization Of Documents For Non-Russian Citizens:
It’s necessary to

General Information on Visas :
** Travel to Russia requires an entry visa. The Consular Section issues different categories of visas to Russia based upon the purpose of the trip and the duration of stay in Russia.

The following documents should be submitted in order to obtain a visa according to its category :
** Completed visa application form. Visa application must be submitted online on the web-site https://visa.kdmid.ru/. The Embassy has stopped accepting paper visa application forms.
** Valid national passport (original only and it should have at least two clear visa pages). It must be valid no less than six months after the visa expiration date.
** One picture of an applicant. Russian Visa Photo Specifications.

** Visa support documents (depending on the type and category of the requested visa).
** Travel tickets (air tickets)
** Non-Bahraini citizens should also provide proof of legality of their stay in the Kingdom of Bahrain (Resident Permit, CPR Card)

** The optimal term for filing a full set of documents for visa processing
** is at least 45 days before the planned trip.
** The officer of the Consular Section of the Embassy may refuse to issue an urgent visa without explanation.

** Documents for visa must be submitted by an applicant in person
** Visa processing starts only after the Consular Section has collected all necessary documents.
** Visa Processing Fee is not refundable.

** Type of visa or dates of entry/departure can not be changed or extended.
** Once application is accepted, a numbered receipt is given to an applicant. The receipt must be presented to a diplomat for a visa pick-up.
** The Consular Section does not provide copy, photo or other services.

** After the visa is received it should be checked by the traveller (spelling of the name, dates of travel, passport number, date of birth) and, if necessary, returned to the Consular Section for corrections.

** The Consular Section is entitled to call the applicants for an interview and ask questions on personal, financial, business, corporate related issues as well as on applicant’s Russian contacts and relatives.

** In the instance of crossing the State border, we recommend for you to have documents, confirming the purpose of your visit, such as: a copy of the confirmation of the admission of the foreign tourist, paid airline tickets, invitation letters, as well as contact telephone numbers and addresses of the host organisations etc.
