KWT Visa Issuance
Outline:
In principle foreign visitors coming to Korea must obtain entry visas in advance.

However, nationals of those countries, which have a visa waiver agreement with Korea or which have been specially designated by the Korean Government, can enter Korea without visa, on the condition that they will not be engaged in remunerative activities during their stay in Korea.
Kuwaitis are exempted from the visa if the length of stay does not exceed 30 days.
Required Documents:
Visa applicants are requested to present themselves at the Embassy to submit a valid original passport, an application form and a recent color photo (3.5×4.5** ) in person.
Other additional documents could be required depending on the type of visa requested and respective applicant. Please contact the Embassy to check required documents in advance.
Type of Visa:
C-3-4 (Business) visa:
For C-3-4 (business) visa, applicants must present an original invitation letter and a copy of company license of the Korean side in addition to an original letter from a Kuwaiti company concerned certifying relevant details of the applicant’s business trip to Korea. If the applicant submits a document attesting that purpose of visit to Korea is directly related to construction contract projects worth more than US$ 100 million, the Embassy may consider issuing a multiple-entry visa.
(C-3-4) Business Visa Requirements:

** Original & Copy of the Passport & Residency Permit Copy (Passport Valid 6 Months & Residency Valid 1 Month)

** Certificate of Tax Payment of the Company in Korea
C-3-2 (Visit) visa:
For C-3-2 (visit) visa, applicants are requested to submit a copy of flight ticket, an original bank statement of the past three months(or an original salary certificate) Also, additional documents such as an original invitation letter or family certificate could be required according to their purpose of visit.
(C-3-2) Visit Visa Requirements:

** Bank Statement (Past 3 Months) or Salary Certificate (Over 5,000 KD Balance or Over 600 KD Monthly Salary)
** Flight Schedule
** Hotel Reservation

Visa fees:
Single Entry Visa : KD12(no more than 90 days), KD18(more than 90 days)
Double Entry Visa : KD21(no more than 30 days, valid for 6months)
Multiple Entry Visa : KD27(no more than 30 days, valid for 1year : except US citizens), KD13.5(US Citizens only)
As the agreement between countries, only following countries can get multiple entry visa:
US, Japan, India, Canada, Argentina, Austrailia, Brazil, Russia, Uzbekistan, China, Ukraine, German
