** As part of our commitment to the environment, we want to reduce the amount of paper we use in billing. So, we’ve introduced the ease of online billing.
** Every month via email, we’ll send a detailed bill to the email address you’ve registered with us.

** If you’ve registered with My Account you’ll also be able to pay your outstanding bills, download your current bill and previous bills from the last 6 months. Payment & Recharge Options:
By cash:
** at any of our du shops
** at the cash deposit machines of Emirates Bank, Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB), National Bank of Dubai (NBD) and Mashreq Bank

By card:
Using your credit or debit card at any of our du shops

Set up automatic payment by registering your credit card with us in any of the following ways:
** online on Selfcare
** by calling 135
** by filling up automatic payment form at the du shop

Bank & Financial Institutes:
Bank & Financial Institute offering du Bill Payment

Account no is mandatory for bank transfer payment

du customers not affiliated to the above banks can use Cash Deposit Machine and Bank Transfer channels

Bank & Financial Institute offering du Recharge:
The recharge option “More Time” and More Credit varies from bank to bank at this stage however; will be available with all the banks at later stage.

Please note:
Automatic deduction from the credit card will be done 15 days from the bill date (as shown on the top of your bill) when you register your credit card for automatic payments.

All bank charges to and from wire transfers including inward remittances fees, if any, to the du account, shall be borne by the customer

For payment through bank transfer, mail or drop box, please allow five business days before your account is updated.

In case of payment for multiple accounts, please provide the multiple account details with your payment, to ensure accounts are allocated correctly.

By cheque:
Write a current-dated cheque payable to EITC or du. Mention your du account number at the back of the cheque. Send to PO Box 122 122, Dubai, UAE or pay at any du shop or drop it at any of the designated drop boxes

Through bank transfers:
branch cash, cheque deposit or fund transfer

You must mention the du company account number and invoice reference number at the time of transfer.
