What is Johor E-Payment Portal?

The Johor e-Payment Portal is a service provided by the State Government of Johor for users without bills or those who wish to pay bills online. At the moment, online payments can only be made for property (land) taxes related to properties (land) within the State of Johor.e-Payment provides the ease of paying online through the MEPS FPX service.

How to Register at Johor e-Payment Portal?

Just follow the below steps to pay online,
Step 1 : Go to the official website of Johor e-Payment Portal provided above.

Step 2 : Then click the Register button in the home page.

Step 3 : To Register at the Johor Online Payment Portal you have to enter your Personal Information, Company Information and Account Information

Personal Information :
Please enter the following details and Click Continue button
i. Enter Your Full Name * [Peter]
ii. Select your Identification Type * and enter the same as per your selection

iii. Enter Your Address * [6, Jalan Padi Mahsuri 12, Bandar Baru Uda, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia]
iv. Enter Your City * [Johar Bahru]

v. Enter Your Postcode * [81200]
vi. Select your State* [Johar]
vii. Enter Your Mobile Number * [0127894560]
viii. Enter Your Phone Number (Home) [071234567]

MEPS FPX (Payment Using Bank Account)

Payment using MEPS FPX can be done if you are a holder of electronic banking account for bank registered under MEPS FPX such as Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Maybank, CIMB Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad and RHB Bank Berhad.

Johor Quit Rent & Assessment Payment Guide

1. Users are required to browse the Johor ePayment Portal home page at https://johorpay.johor.gov.my/

2. Please click on the PAYMENT menu and select the Johor Quit Rent And Assessment Fee Payment option.

3. An Important Note will be displayed to ensure users understand the stated requirements and procedures before any payment transaction is conducted in the Johor ePayment Portal.

4. The user should acknowledge and agree by leaving a tick (v) on the provided checkbox and click on the Enter button to proceed with the online payment as shown in the figure below :

5. For this next step, the user should enter the relevant title details based on the provided type of search options for making any payment.

The search options are classified into 3 types
I. Search Through IC / Company Number
II. Search Through Title Registration
III. Search Through Lot Registration

6. The user is only required to enter the details on 1 type of search option. To proceed, click on the Search button.
7. An ownership information with the unpaid and paid status will be displayed on-screen.

8. In the event whereby details of unpaid ownership is displayed, hence the user should mark a tick (v) on the listed ownership options and click on the ‘Yes’ button to agree and proceed with the online payment. Click on the ‘No’ button to end the process.

9. Upon clicking the ‘Yes’ button, the screen will display the transaction ID No., date of transaction, and the total amount payable, as illustrated in the screen sample below.

Payment Methods :
There are 3 accessible payment method options
I. Payment via Credit card ( only credit card from domestic banks are accepted )
II. Payment via FPX Individual ( bank account is registered to an individual )
III. Payment via FPX Company ( bank account is registered to a company )

To proceed with payment, the user is only required to select one payment method option and click on the ’Make Payment’ button. In the event whereby the user wishes to make changes on ownership options payment, he/she can click on the ’Search Again’ button.

10. Upon clicking on the ‘Make Payment’ button, the screen will be directed to the user-selected bank account portal which was initially registered by the user.

11. In the event of a successful payment transaction process, a print receipt screen will be displayed and receipt must be printed. The screen will only be displayed once. Please click on the ‘Print’ button.

12. To conclude the online payment process, the portal will display the Johor Quit Rent official receipt which can only be printed once. Click on the ‘Print’ button.

  1. How about the official receipt for Pentadbiran Tanah Johor? I had followed instruction to use internet explorer version 11 and latest Java. But the official receipt still unable to print out. Will Pentadbiran Tanah Johor issue use official receipt? If not, where can I get the official receipt?

  3. I did not received the Quit Rent official receipt. It’s been more than 3 months since I pay online. So where can or how can I obtain the official receipt?

  4. My boss own a property in Johor and has been paying quit rent up to Yr 2015. We have yet to receive the current bill. So we are not sure how much to pay. We also did not received anything for Assessment Fees.

    I have emailed to cukaiptgj@johor.gov.my to check on the outstanding two days ago but no reply yet.

    Please advise if there any other method that we can find out how much to pay for Quit rent and Assessment fee?

  5. I have made an online quip land payment successful, but when I click on the print button, there was no response. ( the print button disappeared after I have click it ). I can only print out the proof of payment.
    How can I print out the official receipt again from the side?

    1. From the Website :

      Do I need to keep the proof of payment? When can I get the official receipt?
      You will need to keep the proof of payment for your reference. However, the proof of payment cannot be used as an official receipt. The official receipt (except for Pentadbiran Tanah Johor) will be provided by the respective agency within 14 working days. Please read though on the Terms and Conditions available within the portal.

  7. I registered with hot mail account and not receiving activation email. How should I proceed?

  8. I have a problem. I dont remember my log in id and password. BUT my ic no is already registered.
    How can I remove the current registration and start a new?

    1. Can I change my User ID?
      No you can’t. The User ID that you have registered will be used every time you login into JOHOR E-PAYMENT PORTAL.
