Application Requirements:
Duly accomplished application form with 2×2 picture
Official receipt of FEU-CAT feee
Application Procedure:
Applicant will submit the duly accomplished application form at the Admissions and Financial Assistance (AFA). Application form can be downloaded at the website or secured at Admissions and Financial Assistance (AFA).
Applicant will pay the testing fee of P450.00 at the FEU cashier.
Applicant will submit the official receipt (OR) to Admissions and Financial Assistance (AFA) for scheduling of exam.
Enrollment Requirements:
** Form 138 (High School Report Card)
** Certificate of good moral character
** Photocopy of NSO birth certificate
Enrollment Procedure:
Submission of Credentials:
A representative from the Admissions and Financial Assistance (AFA) will receive the credentials submitted: Form 138 (high school report card), certificate of good moral character, and photocopy of NSO birth certificate. (location to be announced)For those who have incomplete credentials, the student together with his/her guardian should proceed to Admissions and Financial Assistance (AFA).
Downpayment:
The applicant will pay the downpayment of P8,500.00 at the designated area.
Enrollment:
The applicant will proceed to the designated computer laboratory for selection of block section and printing of COR (certificate of registration). Applicants who wish to pay in full may proceed to the designated cashier for final payment.

Transferees :
** Transferees are students who have enrolled or taken college or vocational units in other colleges, universities or vocational schools. Even applicants who apply as freshmen will still be considered transferees for as long as they have officially enrolled in any degree or certificate program in any school after high school.
Policies for Transferee Admission :
** Transferees need to take and pass the FEU-CAT prior to evaluation as a requirement for admission. They also need to ensure that they pass the cut-off scores of the degree programs they are applying for. These can be verified at the Admissions office during their evaluation.
Online Registration for First-time Applicants :
Visit the FEU website, www.feu.edu.ph and follow the steps below :
** Register via https://www.feu.edu.ph/
** Click the FEU Menu Icon (top left side of the website).
** Select “Student Central”, then click “Proceed to Ederp”.
** Click “Register” (upper right corner) then fill-out the form with necessary information (register a valid email account).
** Open the registered email account and read instructions sent by Netsuite.
** Log in.
** Slide cursor over to admission tab then select fill out-admission form (select application type based on the initial evaluation).
** Open the registered email account and read instructions sent by Netsuite.
** Pay 488.00 for the exam fee.
** Log-in to your Student Central account, select “exam booking” under the admission tab, then book exam. Exam details will be sent to the registered email account.
Note :
** Each successful transaction in Student Central will be confirmed with an email notification sent to the registered email account.
** For bank transaction, kindly email us a scanned copy of your machine validated deposit slip.
