How To Apply For University of Santo Tomas Admission?

Application Procedure:
Please read carefully the General Guidelines and Important Reminders before applying.
Bank payment for online application applies only to Metro Manila Filipino applicants studying in Philippine schools and are candidates for high school graduation of the current school year.

This does not apply to applicants who need to secure clearance from the UST Office of the Registrar and applicants who wish to take the USTET in the provincial or international testing centers.

1.Click “Register”.

2.Fill out the online Application and Grades Form and the Information Survey and press Submit. Should you wish to edit your data, you may do so by clicking “Back”. Once data is successfully submitted, you can no longer edit them.

3.Download and print the accomplished Application and Grades Form and Information Survey with your reference number found on the upper right hand corner.

4.With your reference number, proceed to any Metrobank branch and fill out the payment slip with the following information: (Present to Metrobank the Application and Grades Form with reference number for verification purposes)
Account Name: _____ (Your Name)
Company Name: University of Santo Tomas
Reference number: _____ (copy the reference number found on the accomplished Application and Grades Form)
Telephone number: _____
Amount: Php 500. 00
* Applicants who wish to take the USTET in their PROVINCES should submit the accomplished Application and Grades Form and payment to the nearest Testing Center.

5.Request the Registrar’s Office of your school to accomplish the High School Grades Form. Make sure that the school principal or registrar head signs the High School Grades Form.

6.Keep a photocopy of all the documents before you proceed to step 7.

7.For Metro Manila Applicants, forward the following documents to the OFAD personally or through any courier service (e.g. LBC, UPS, FedEx, DHL,etc.):
1. Accomplished Application and Grades Form together with the Information Survey
2. UST copy of your test permit with one (1) 2” x 2” picture with name and signature at the back
identical to the picture stapled to the Applicant’s copy.
3. Clear photocopy of:
** NSO birth certificate
** School ID
** Metrobank deposit slip (do not send the original copy)

8.You may print your test permit three (3) working days after paying the non-refundable application fee (Php 500.00) at any Metrobank branch.

Important Reminders

** We encourage you to visit the testing site before the scheduled examination to familiarize yourself with the campus.
** Application fees of high school candidates for graduation belonging to the TOP 5 of their batch (based on the third year final grading period) may be waived upon personally submitting the certification from the high school principal indicating their academic standing.
** This applies only to candidates coming from the public schools.
** Submitted documents become property of the UST Office for Admissions.

The following are grounds for forfeiture of the right to enrol or debarment in the succeeding semester if discovered in the current semester:
** Misrepresentation of information entered in the Application and Grades Form/Information Survey
** Misrepresentation during the examination
** Any violation of the instructions given.

Visit the OFAD website (ofad.ust.edu.ph) and the Activity Log in your Freshman Admission Account every Friday for any announcement.
