Via myEnforcement Order:
OnlinemyEnforcement Order allows you to:
** make a credit card payment
** check the balance and status of your active enforcement order(s)
** apply to pay your enforcement order(s) by instalments
** set up direct debit for your payment instalment plan
** dispute your fail to vote enforcement order.

Before you start, you will need the following information to access myEnforcement Order:
** document reference number (such as enforcement order number or time to pay order number)
** your drivers licence number, Centrelink reference number, date of birth or ACN/ABN
** your postcode

Only the person named on an enforcement order or an authorised representative of the organisation named, should access this information.

We accept Mastercard or Visa.

You need to enter your payment reference number located on your fine under the ‘Payment Options’ section.

To ensure your payment is processed overnight you must pay before 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Via BPAY:
BPAYContact your bank or financial institution to make a payment using BPAY.

You need the following information:
** biller code (36848 for penalty notices or biller code 198788 for enforcement orders)
** your payment reference number – if you can’t locate the payment reference number, please contact us on 1300 655 805.

We no longer accept credit card payments through BPAY. If you wish to pay by credit card, call 1300 130 112 (international clients call +61 2 9087 7951) or use our online services.

You can only make BPAY payments from overseas if the payment is made via an Australian financial institution who participates in the BPAY Scheme.

To ensure your payment is processed overnight you must pay before 3.30pm Monday to Friday. After this time the transaction can take 2 working days to process. When we receive your BPAY payment is dependent on your financial institution or bank.

Please write the fine number on the back of the cheque.

Note: sending payments by mail may result in delays in clearing your outstanding fine.

In person:
In personTake your penalty notice or your enforcement order to any Service NSW centre or Australia Post, where you can pay by:
** cash
** bank cheque
** personal cheque (only available at some Australia Post outlets)
** EFTPOS (only available at some Australia Post outlets).

To ensure your payment is processed overnight you must pay before 4.30pm Monday to Friday. After this time, the transaction will take 2 working days to process.

Applications to pay by instalments are generally processed within 2 working days.

Please ensure you attach the following:
** most recent income statement from Centrelink, if wanting to have payments deducted automatically from your Centrelink benefit
** most recent employment pay slip, if working
** most recent bank statement.

Note: completing an application will only stop further enforcement action if it is received and approved before the enforcement order(s) due date.
