Renewals:
The value of any separate ticket media (except for certain promotional tickets) may not be used toward the renewal of an existing Passport. A “renewal” is the purchase of another year of Passholder benefits before the expiration date of a currently existing and valid Passport. All Passport types are available for renewal unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any renewal discounts are valid only until the applicable current Passport’s expiration date.
Upgrades:
A Guest wishing to upgrade to a Passport from another form of eligible Theme Park admission media must upgrade on the same day in which the original form of Theme Park admission media is valid.
A Guest who chooses to upgrade to a Passport from another form of eligible Theme Park admission media must choose a Passport of equal or greater value than the original Theme Park admission media retail price, and the difference in prices shall be due on the day of the upgrade.
If an upgrade to a Passport is made from a multi-day ticket, the Passport will be backdated to begin on the first day that such ticket was used; if an upgrade to a Passport is made from a lower level Passport, the new Passport will have the same expiration date as the original Passport. Each guest wishing to upgrade his/her ticket media to a Passport must be present at the time of the upgrade transaction.
Fully used ticket media, complimentary ticket media (except for certain promotional tickets) and ticket media stating its ineligibility for an upgrade may not be upgraded to a Passport. Upgrades are subject to Passport availability. Downgrades are not allowed.
Benefits/Discounts:
A Passholder must present his/her valid Passport and valid photo identification prior to purchases to receive any applicable benefits and discounts. Benefits and discounts are nontransferable and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Such benefits and discounts are for personal use only and may not be used to obtain or purchase items or services with the intent to resell such items or services. Merchandise discounts are not valid on original or consignment art, select limited editions, select collectible originals, select specialty items, CDs, DVDs, videos, cameras, sundries, tobacco, alcohol, newspapers/periodicals, personalization, Disney’s Photopass® Online product, Disney Store Online, framed Disney Dollars, outdoor vending (e.g., in-Park balloon vendors, glow vendors), postage stamps, rentals (e.g., strollers, ECV), cameras, film, pantry/prepared foods, consumer electronics, National branded fragrances, treatments and cosmetics, Swarovski Crystal, Walt Disney Classics Collection, special orders, handmade items, Artist Sketch Program, purchase-with-purchase offers, Disney Dollars, gift cards, gift certificates, Park admission, ticket media, arcades, shipping or taxes, or on phone, email, online or mail order purchases. Merchandise discounts also do not apply at the following locations: Midway Games, Fairytale Arts, Jewel of Orleans, Silhouette Studio, Portrait Artists, Parasol Cart, Heraldry Shop, Crystal Shops (Crystal Arts and Cristal d’Orleans), face painting locations, or at any Downtown Disney® District location other than World of Disney® Store, D Street, Disney Vault 28, Marceline’s Confectionery, Disney’s Pin Traders, Anna & Elsa’s Boutique and WonderGround Gallery. Dining discounts are not valid on alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, room service, holiday buffets, taxes or gratuities. Benefits and discounts are determined solely by Disney and may be valid only at select locations.
