Online Billing:
Sign up to receive your inet, telephone and imobile bills via email as soon as they are published. Speak to any APUA CSR about adding your email address to your account.

Meter Reading:
Meters are read once a month. When a Meter Reader is unable to access your meter(s) to acquire readings, your monthly bill is usually estimated.

A meter reading is estimated for the following reasons:
1) Service was marked as unoccupied by previous tenant.
2) The gate to the premises was locked.
3) A dog prevented Meter Readers from entering the property.

This will be stated on your monthly bill.

You may also see a decal attached to your gate indicating that the Meter Readers attempted to access your property.

Not having a proper reading can result in over estimation. If you are being estimated please contact the Meter Reading Department (480 7148) to find out why and to arrange a convenient time for a reading.

  1. Can I pay on line with number on my voucher, instead of drop box.

  2. I am a senior citizen in the habit of paying my monthly bills on time. Recently, I have been receiving my monthly bills through the post in an ad hoc manner, which causes me to miss the due dates.
It would be appreciated if your office would send all my monthly bills via email, thus enabling me to pay them all at once. The 15th monthly would be appreciated if possible, and I list the following accounts for your action:
E 31830XXXX 319, W 31830XXXX 319,000054XXXX Internet- all three in name of Kenny (and Irma) Byron Also, Accounts No E 38320XXXX 383, W 38320XXXX 383, all at Lower Fort Road.
Your kind response to this request would be much appreciated.
