Virre Information Service :
Buy electronic Trade Register extracts, articles of association (organisation rules), or extracts from the Register of Foundations:
** First, select Extracts, certificates and organisation rules and then select the register (Trade Register or Register of Foundations).

** Enter the Business ID, and select electronic extract from the Trade Register, rules in electronic form, or electronic extract from the Register of Foundations.
** Pay the document by using your internet bank codes or by credit card (the fee is €4.00 + VAT).
** After you have paid, you will get access to the electronic document in your “My products” section. Remember to save the document.
Buy financial statements:
** Go to Financial statements search. Use the Business ID to find registered financial statements of a particular business or foundation. Pay the documents by using your internet bank codes or by credit card (the fee is €5.00 + VAT) – once you have paid for the financial statements, you can access them.
Use Company search to search for basic details of a business:
** Run a free company search for the business’s basic details. By paying a fee, you get access to all the register entries (responsible persons, history etc.). The fee for an advanced search is €5.00 + VAT.
Buy electronic abstracts of the Register of Enterprise Mortgages or get access to enterprise mortgage details:
** Use the Enterprise mortgage search to check enterprise mortgage details of a particular business (the fee is €5.00 + VAT)
Please note that not all organisations using the Business ID are registered at the Trade Register. You may find more information about organisations recorded in the registers of the Finnish Tax Administration in the Business Information System.

Register as a user:
The documents that you have purchased are saved in your “My products” section for 30 days.
Register for the alert service:
You will be notified of any changes in the register details by email.
Run selections:
For selections of new businesses or other business categories, please register as a user or become our contract client.
Become a contract client:
If you frequently need a lot of information from our portal, we recommend that you become one of our contract clients, which would make you eligible for reduced fees.
Virre – price list as from 1 May 2017 :
** Documents issued under public law are exempt from VAT.
** You can pay electronic documents and searches using your internet banking codes or by credit card in the Virre service.
** As a contract client, you make the payment against monthly invoices.
** A delivery and invoicing charge, as specified in the price list, is added to the price of documents to order.
