“Coping With Disability” is this year’s theme. Around the world, people suffer from physical, mental, and emotional disabilities that limit their participation in everyday activities. People with chronic disabilities face daily challenges and frustrations, such as a blind child finding her way across a playground, a paralyzed man struggling to move from bed to wheelchair, or a dyslexic worker trying to read an important email. However, individuals and societies can do much to help those coping with such disabilities.
Your task is to write an 800-word essay that focuses on a particular disability and describes what you would do to improve the lives of those affected.
Terms And Conditions:
Competition is only open for Qatari nationals currently enrolled in high schools and pre-college programs
Essay must be an original work and in ENGLISH
Competition will open on February 15th, 2015
