Filing Annual Statements :
Filing the annual accounting sheet and audit reports to the NRC. This service enables you to file the annual accounting sheet and audit reports kept under the legislation on accounting (if such documents are mandatory to be kept).

Based on Article 43, clause 3/a, of the Law No. 9723, dated 03.05.2007 on “National Registration Centre”, as amended, an entity should register and file the annual accounting sheet and the audit reports, kept in compliance with the legislation on accounting and financial statements, in cases when such documents are mandatory; for the branches and representative offices of a foreign company, the annual accounting sheet of the foreign company, kept under the standards of the foreign country, shall be deposited too.
Supporting documents required:
** Annual accounting sheet.
** Audit report (if required under the legislation on accounting).
** General Assembly’s Decision approving the accounting sheet.
** Applicant’s identification document (identity card or biometric passport).
To file the annual accounting sheet the following steps should be followed:
1. Log in to e-Albania.al government portal.
2. The person, who is making the application, should have his/her identity card or biometric passport to certify his/her personal data.
3. Please follow carefully all the steps of procedure when making any application

This service is free of charge.
