Generating Historical Extract of Registration through online application (Business):
This service offers detailed information on all the registered data, as well as the history of actions carried out for any commercial subject in the commercial register of the NRC.

Based on Article 67 of the Law no. 9723, dated 03.05.2007 “On the National Registration Center” (amended), any person has the right to request the issuing of extracts for all the registered data of a commercial subject at any service window of the NRC.
Accompanying documents required
** Request for issuing of extract (filled in electronically by the interested party).
** Identification Document of the applicant (Identification Document or Biometric Passport)
Steps to be followed to retrieve the historical extract :
1. Login to the Governmental Portal e-albania.al
2. The individual, who will submit the application, should have with him the Identification Document or Biometric Passport, to confirm his personal data.
3. Follow carefully all the steps of procedure to download the historical extract

To file the annual accounting sheet the following steps should be followed:
1. Log in to e-Albania.al government portal.
2. The person, who is making the application, should have his/her identity card or biometric passport to certify his/her personal data.
