Preliminary Request For Retirement :

This service offers the possibility of applying for a benefit (pension).

Any person who fulfills the requirements to benefit by:
a. Law no. 7703 , dated 11.05.1993 ” On Social Insurance in the Republic of Albania ” , amended
b . Instruction no. 2 , the ISS , dated 05.10.2005 ” On the calculation and indexing database assessed and net salary for pension purposes ” ;
c . Regulation no. 1 , the ISS , dated 19.10.2009 ” On the administration and calculation of pensions ”

According to the internal regulation of the ISS to benefit all kinds of benefits , contained in Law No. 7703 , dated 11.5.1993 “On social insurance in the Republic of Albania ” , the person concerned , initially , one year before birth right to benefit , must submit the preliminary application

Request for benefit reconsideration:
This service offers the possibility of applying for a request for benefit reconsideration to the ISS

Review of old-age pension , disability and survivors , according to Law no . 7703 , dated 11.5.1993 ” For insurance in the Republic of Albania ” , as amended , done at the request of the person concerned .

Subject to review pension benefits are those derived from specific laws or decisions as to remedies , supplements for dependents and others .

Reviews of pensions also made on the basis of audit acts or when it is concluded calculations pension error , observing all legal procedures

Request for file transfer benefit:
This service offers the possibility to make a request for file transfer benefit .

The request for transfer of the benefit occurs when the pensioner changes residence .

For this service, besides meeting the demand requires the following documents :
a) Family Certificate from the office of the registrar of new dwelling ;
b ) Personal certificate ;
c ) A copy of the contract between the pensioner and KESH , where possible and when seeking damages ;
d ) Certificate of attendance , as appropriate
