Recharging & Periodical Payment Acceptance :
At Orange we want you to always benefit from the most convenient way of recharging your account and paying your bills. No matter which one you choose, you will always receive an SMS confirmation of your payment directly on your mobile phone.

Recharging In Armenia:
From now on when recharging your account the active period of your SIM card will be extended with the days given by the recharged amount. For exemple if the active period of your card expires on May 15 and on May 1st you recharge with 1000 AMD, then the active period of your card will be prolonged till June 15 (May 15 plus 31 days).
You can recharge your Orange account also in:
** in 78 Orange shops
** in more then 6000 points of sales and in Yerevan City and SAS supermarkets
** with ATMs supporting ArCa
** with MagaPay, TelCell and Tandem payment terminals
** in 900 Haypost offices in all towns and villages of Armenia
** in the following banks: ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK, Ameriabank, Anelik Bank, ARARATBANK, Ardshininvest Bank, AreximBank-Gazprombank Group, Armbusinessbank, ARMECONOMBANK, Armenian Development Bank, Artsakh Bank, BTA Bank, Converse Bank, HSBC, Inecobank, ProCredit Bank, Unibank, VTB-Armenia Bank
Recharging Abroad:
We know how important it is to stay in touch with your family and friends during travel period. From now on you can top up your account and make payments via Orange Top-Up, Rapida, QIWI, ezetop and INTEREXPRESS payment systems, operating abroad.
From now on, a new mobile credit recharge solution will be available for Orange clients, through which their friends and family members, who live abroad, will be able to recharge mobile credits of their close ones through https://travel.orange.com/en/ website by a credit card.
To recharge mobile accounts of their close ones, website users will have to enter the Orange mobile number to be recharged, select an amount and pay by a credit card.
In a number of countries recharging is as well possible through SMS, USSD command or special points of sales.
Recharge through SMS and USSD is at the moment possible from the USA, France, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany and Portugal. Different short numbers will be used in each country for this service, which you can check with your mobile operator.
Recharge through https://travel.orange.com/en/ website is possible only by credit cards used in the following countries – Armenia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Malta, Mexico, Norway, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, USA, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates.
Periodical Payment Acceptance:
Thanks to the payment acceptance service (hereinafter “the Service”), the subscribers of postpaid and monthly subscriptions (voice and mobile internet services) may hereinafter pay for Orange services via bank, without visiting it, based onperiodical payment orders.
To subscribe to the Service, please visit any Orange shop or any branch of the Bank*, by presenting the following documents:
** The periodical payment order, duly filled and signed by you,
** your bank or card account number,
** an alternative telephone number,
** as well as other documents that may be required by the Bank.
The Service will be activated and provision will start from the 11th of the month following signature of the periodical payment order, and in case of a non-working day, on the following working day.
Every month you will receive the bill for the mobile services provided by Orange Armenia for the mentioned month on your e-mail address. Based on this bill Bank will charge mentioned debt on 11th of the current month. If you haven’t sufficient credit on your bank account, the bank will try to make the charging till the last working day of the month once a day. You’ll receive an SMS once the charging is made. You can appeal the bill presented by Orange, according to the terms and conditions defined by Orange. In case of disagreement with debited amount, you can call to Bank for receiving information about it.
Please note that until full redemption of the debt, the Bank is entitled to withdraw the remaining debt amount, once there is sufficient credit on your account.
If you change your bank and/or bank account, You should terminate the subscribed Service provided by that very Bank and sign again periodical payment order with your new bank details. These actions can be performed at any Orange shop or branch of your bank.
You may unsubscribe from the Service any time, by visiting any Orange shop or any branch of the Bank. The Bank will stop providing the Service from the month following signature of the application on Service termination by you. To terminate the Service, you’ll need to fill the respective application template of the bank and attach your passport copy.
The Service is also terminated, if your bank account is closed. However, independently from the reason of termination of the Service by the Bank, you are obliged to personally check your debt towards Orange and bear responsibility for timely payment thereof, in order to prevent the accumulation of the debt.
