Top up Tax Search Account :
Welcome to the Top up Tax Search Account payment system. A “Web Customer” is a customer of the municipality who has an account on file for on-line transactions. Use this system to put money in your account using your credit card.

It’s a quick 6 Step Process:
** Search for the account to pay by entering your Web Customer Account Number or your Customer Name.
** Press the appropriate Search By button.
** Enter the amount you wish to pay.
** Press the “Add to Cart” button to add your payment.
** When all payments have been added, press the pay button.
** Submit your payment/credit card information through our secure server
At any time, you may view the contents of your Shopping Cart by pressing the “See Cart” option on the top right of the screen.
You may also restart your search by pressing the “New Search” function on the top right of the screen.
Use the User ID/Password that were provided by the Assessment and Taxation Department to the corporate administrative contact.
If you do not have a User ID/Password please contact the Assessment and Taxation Dept at (403) 320-3950, 8:00-4:30pm Mon-Fri.
Business License Renewal :
** The Account Number, License Number and Access Code can be found on your Invoice.
** Click here to see a sample invoice.
** Changes to your Business License such as mailing address, and change of location, etc please contact
** Regulatory Sevices Dept at (403) 320-3074 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Business License Renewal Help :
** Welcome to the Business License Renewal payment system. Use this system to pay for your Licensing using your credit card.
It’s a quick 9 Step Process :
** Search for the account to pay by entering your Account Number, Business Name or your address. Your business name can be searched for by entering all or a portion of the name. Your address can be selected by picking your street, then entering your house and unit number (if unit is appropriate).
** You can move directly to streets further in the list by entering the first number or letter of the street name. If you do not enter a valid house number, all addresses for the selected street will be displayed.
** Click the appropriate Search by button.
** If you have entered a partial name or partial civic address, a search screen will allow you to select from businesses with that name or address. Select your account by clicking on your business licence number under Account No.
** The details of your account will be displayed.
** If there is an outstanding amount, it will be displayed
** To add your payment, click Add to Cart.
** A service charge may be applicable to your payment. If applicable, you will be prompted to accept the charge.
** If you click “Yes”, your payment will be added to the cart.
** If you click “No”, the transaction will be cancelled.
** When all payments have been added, click Pay.
** Submit your payment/credit card information through our secure server
** At any time, you can view the contents of your Shopping Cart by clicking See Cart in the top right of the page.
** You can also restart your search by clicking New Search in the top right of the screen.
