West Vancouver Pay For Parking Ticket
You can use this system to pay for your ticket on-line with your credit card.

It’s a quick 5 Step Process:
** Search for your ticket by Ticket Number and/or Licence Plate. Enter the licence plate without spaces.
** All offences for your licence plate will be displayed. Select the offence(s) you wish to pay by clicking in the Pay column.
** Press the “Add to Cart” button to add your payment.
** When all payments have been added, press the pay button.
** Submit your payment/credit card information through our secure server
At any time, you may view the contents of your Shopping Cart by pressing the “See Cart” option on the top right of the screen.
You may also restart your search by pressing the “New Search” function on the top right of the screen.
Pay for Permit
The online payment system is case sensitive. Therefore, please enter your permit number exactly as shown on your fee slip / invoice.
Use this system to pay for your permits using your credit card.
Perform the following steps to pay your permit:
** Search for the account to pay by entering your folder number and access code (if required).
** Press the Search By button.
** The details of your permit will be displayed.
** Press the “Add to Cart” button to add your payment.
** When all payments have been added, press the pay button.
** Submit your payment/credit card information through our secure server
At any time, you may view the contents of your Shopping Cart by pressing the “See Cart” option on the top right of the screen.

Claim Home Owner Grant
** Welcome to the District of West Vancouver’s On-line Home Owner Grant application system. To claim your Home Owner Grant you must have your folio number and your access code. Both can be located on your Property Tax Bill in the top left hand corner of the form.
** If you cannot find your folio number or access code please feel free to contact us in the Property Taxation Department at (604) 925-7032 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
** If you have any questions about whether you are eligible for the home owner grant, visit the Home Owner Grants page for more information.
** If you did not claim the home owner grant for the previous year, you may apply using the Application for Retroactive Home Owner Grant (FIN 92) .
Claim Home Owner Grant Steps :
** Welcome to the Claim Home Owner Grant application system. This system is used to claim your Home Owner Grant Online.
It’s a quick 4 Step Process :
** Identify yourself by entering your Folio and access code. This information is printed on your Tax Notice.
** Fill out the Home Owner Grant Application. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
** When you are satisfied with the information on the Application, certify the form. This certification process replaces your signature on the paper Home Owner Grant Application form.
** After the application is completed a confirmation page will be displayed. Print the confirmation and retain it for your records.
